ITA is seeking an Administrative Professional to support the Ship Design Team for the U.S. Coast Guard in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
Working with an integrated project team of stakeholders, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties :
- Oversee and manage engineering and acquisition program data entry in an Integrated Data Environment (IDE) provided by the U.S. Coast Guard
- Organize / manage documents both digitally and in hard copy
- Manage Outlook calendar scheduling
- Coordinate conference room reservations
- Record meeting minutes
- Inventory office supplies
- Initiate office supply procurement requests
- Initiate / process visitor requests & computer user accounts
- Initiate / track / review tasks in the U.S. Coast Guard Task Management System web-based portal
Qualifications
6 years work experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years work experience, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
