What You Will Get To Do:

• Responsible for billing transactions, ensuring that costs billable to appropriate parties are billed correctly and timely
• Prepare and research journal entries for auditing and posting. Reconciles recurring, standard accounts
• Prepare and distribute billing reports and spreadsheets
• Enter charges into a billing software program to create administrative invoices
• Communication with operational management teams
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies. Research & resolve problems and/or unusual items
• Participate in internal and external audits and monitor open audit points
• Participate in special projects. Define and implement processes and procedures that the department will use to support new products, processes, etc.
• Perform variance analysis and report the results

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, or High School degree and at least 4 years of related experience
• Intermediate level of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Outstanding communication skills
