About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support a major data migration effort and help establish a robust, scalable data environment for future organizational needs. The primary focus of this role-especially in the early months-will be migrating data from a previous Snowflake environment into a new platform before April. This includes rebuilding data structures, re-establishing system connections, and developing new ETL pipelines. Beyond the migration, this role will contribute to ongoing data engineering initiatives, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our data ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute data migration activities into the new environment.
- Recreate and validate data connections across systems.
- Rebuild tables and data structures to support business and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements.
- Support long-term data engineering and infrastructure initiatives.
