POSITION SUMMARY
The Donor Services and Database Coordinator is a key member of CLUES' Development team and plays an essential role in ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. The Donor Services and Database Coordinator is responsible for data entry, records management, and gifts acknowledgement for the Development Department. This position will support prospect research, annual giving campaigns, and special events as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting CLUES' mission and organizational growth. The Donor Services and Database Coordinator should have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective collaboration with CLUES' Executive Leadership, Development and Finance teams, and across program areas.

Reports to : Senior Director of Development
Location : CLUES St. Paul. / Minneapolis office. Hybrid Opportunity.
Position Type : Regular
Schedule : Full-Time. Generally, Monday - Friday Office hours. Some evening or weekend hours may be required.
Estimated Salary / Pay : $22.00 to $25.00 (depending on experience & qualifications).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide data-entry and other administrative support for the organization's grants and fundraising efforts, primarily using Raiser's Edge.
- Ensure all contributions are entered accurately and are up to date.
- Create and maintain calendar of grant submission and reporting deadlines.
- Promptly acknowledge all contributions, send receipts and letters of thank you to donors.
- Create lists for appeals, events, and newsletters.
- Run reports and monthly summaries and update dashboards tracking fundraising progress.
- Serve as staff lead for the matching gifts program.
- In coordination with the Finance Team conducts monthly reconciliation of grants, individual gifts and third-party payments (Benevity, EFT, etc.).
- Support events organized by the department, including site visits, fundraising events, and other cultivation and stewardship events.
- Other duties as assigned.
