Are you looking to build a career where you can make a real impact on high-profile construction projects? Concrete Strategies is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support field operations and help deliver successful projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the center of project execution—partnering with operations teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on every job. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting project setup, buyout, and cost tracking
Monitoring job quantities, progress, and production performance
Tracking materials, equipment, and manpower productivity
Assisting with scheduling, sequencing, and cost reporting
Managing invoices, change orders, and extra work tickets
Coordinating with General Contractors, Owners, and internal teams
Ensuring safety and quality compliance across all project activities

Education/Experience/Attributes/Requirements

2-5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Engineer recommended.
Basic/General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
