The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith is looking for a Law Firm HR Specialist to help handle the firm’s day-to-day HR work.
This is a hands-on HR role, not an HR Manager position. We need someone who can help keep the firm organized with hiring, onboarding, employee records, attendance tracking, training follow-up, offboarding, and general HR support.
The right person should be professional, organized, confidential, and comfortable working in a busy law firm environment. This role requires strong follow-through, good judgment, and clear communication with attorneys, staff, candidates, and remote workers.
