We are currently hiring Full-Time Clerical Associates for 2nd and 3rd shift positions in a high-security production facility. This role plays a critical part in handling, preparing, and processing important documents with accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
You’ll help keep operations running smoothly by processing sensitive mail and documents with precision.
Daily responsibilities include:
Sorting and preparing incoming mail
Removing payments and documents from envelopes
Operating high-volume document scanning equipment
Reviewing scanned images for quality and accuracy
Meeting team production and accuracy goals
Following strict customer, banking, and security procedures
Escalating non-routine issues to supervisors
Lifting and moving mail trays (up to 50 lbs)
Learning additional processing functions as needed
Accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines are essential in this role.
Work Environment
This is a high-security production setting where compliance, confidentiality, and attention to detail are top priorities. Team members must be comfortable following structured procedures and internal audit requirements.

3rd Shift

Qualifications
? Minimum 7-year U.S. residency history
? At least 3 years of consistent work experience
? State-issued identification (Driver’s License or ID Card)
? Ability to pass a background check and credit check
? Comfortable working in a secure production environment
? Strong team player with a positive attitude
? Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 95% of shift)
? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
