Job Description

Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturer of wood doors and we are now hiring Assembly Associates in Raleigh, NC . In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for assembling interior and exterior doors based on work orders, blueprints, or specs. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity with growth potential and steady hours.

Pay : $17-$18 / hour (BOE)

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 7 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM

Overtime : As needed (typically until 5 : 30 PM Mon-Thurs)

What You'll Do : Door Assembly :

• Assemble door units per assigned work tickets, blueprints, or specs

Measure, cut, and prepare materials using hand and power tools

Install components such as frames, trim, windows, and hardware

Perform minor repairs and adjustments using glue, irons, and sanders

Production & Quality :

Meet daily productivity targets as set by the supervisor

Inspect materials and finished doors for accuracy and quality

Follow detailed instructions to ensure proper dimensions and configurations

Teamwork & Safety :

Collaborate with team members across the production floor

Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with company policies

Use tools and equipment safely and according to established protocols What You Bring :

High school diploma or GED

1+ year of carpentry, woodworking, or general assembly experience

Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, or work orders

Experience with hand tools, nail guns, sanders, saws, or drills

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs Preferred :

Prior experience in door assembly or building materials

Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory tools

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new assembly configurations
