ISVs and SaaS – Product Engineering Services
Location / Working model: US — Hybrid preferred (office + remote)/Remote
Role summary
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across the North American Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on acquiring new logos, building executive relationships, and driving large-scale engineering transformation engagements with software product companies. The ideal candidate brings a proven history of selling Product Engineering, Digital Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and AI Engineering services into software product organizations. They possess an established network within the ISV ecosystem and have successfully engaged C-level technology leaders including CEOs, CTOs, CPOs, Chief AI Officers, VP Engineering, and Heads of Product. This is a pure hunter role requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, consultative selling skills, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders while consistently delivering new business growth increasing load and ensure seamless user experience.
