Program Manager (IT Transformation)

Location: Chicago, Illinois (Partial Remote)

Employment Type: Contract to Perm

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Program Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives, with a focus on coordinating technology delivery across multiple workstreams. This role acts as a central point of coordination and leadership, working directly with senior stakeholders and representing platform leadership in key forums.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within a transformation portfolio.
• Provide program-level visibility across timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain RAID logs, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Partner with project managers, scrum masters, and technical leads across initiatives.
• Identify risks, issues, and cross-project impacts and drive resolution.
• Support executive-level communication and act as a delegate for leadership when required.
• Help align delivery across technology and business teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Program or Senior Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong background in IT/digital delivery environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise or CPG environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting global programs.
• Background in financial tracking and program-level budgeting.

Work Environment

• This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in the Chicagoland area.
• This is a high-visibility role interacting with senior leadership.
• The environment is a fast-paced, multi-project transformation setting.
