Job Description :
Grote Industries is a hardware and software solution provider to the heavy-duty commercial transportation and material handling market. Grote develops innovative solutions which serve our customers with greater visibility and efficiency into their operations. As a Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for ensuring customer success by driving product development from concept to production. You will keep track of all aspects of development, ensuring that program resources are optimally deployed and that customer commitments are met.
A successful Technical Program Manager at Grote Industries will work with business stakeholders to gather program requirements and organize our business and development activities to successfully introduce new product to our market. They define project requirements, determine required resources, create anticipated timelines, and ensure product development, testing, and fabrication meet all requirements necessary to ensure a successful product. They regularly report on program progress, risks, risk mitigations, budgets, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders. They proactively identify conflicts in priority, technical non-conformities, and they develop solutions for overcoming such roadblocks. They are familiar with the technologies and tools used by the development teams, allowing them to understand and clearly communicate individual contributor needs. A self-starter, they are vigilant in understanding program needs and identify and address interpersonal conflicts as they arise.
