Who you work with matters.
We are looking for a newly licensed real estate agent who is ready to turn their license into an active business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants structure, coaching, and practical experience while learning what it takes to create consistent opportunities and grow in real estate.
You will learn how to start conversations, prospect for business, follow up with potential clients, and build relationships with buyers and sellers. As you become more active, you will gain experience with appointments, property showings, open houses, market research, negotiations, contracts, and the transaction process.
Working alongside experienced real estate professionals gives you the opportunity to learn through real activity rather than trying to figure everything out on your own. Coaching, accountability, and proven systems will help you organize your day, manage your pipeline, improve your communication, and focus on activities that can lead to new clients and closed transactions.
The goal is to help you develop productive habits early in your career while building the confidence and skills needed to create your own career. Consistent action, strong client relationships, and continued development can provide the foundation for repeat business, referrals, and long-term growth.
