Design Collaboration : Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design changes, unforeseen site conditions, technical issues, and constructability challenges.

Project Execution : Collaborate with team members to oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and federal regulations.

Inspection Coordination : Coordinate and support team members during regular inspections to assess project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.

Leadership and Mentorship : Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the construction team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
