This job has the goal of providing the opportunity to acquire practical experience through direct exposure to the related business line(s) and to develop the next generation of diverse business professionals. To that end, the program will provide hands-on training and experience in the business line, expose the various career opportunities in the business line and related areas, and prepare participants for positions in the business. The Management Intern will work with the Director of Analytic Enablement to support strategic initiatives across AI, analytics, and operational transformation. This role offers hands-on exposure to the intersection of business strategy, data science, and technology enablement. The intern will assist in project management, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and process optimization across multiple analytic workstreamssuch as NLP-driven decision tools, payment integrity automation, and GenAI enablement. This position is ideal for a motivated individual aspiring to learn how large-scale analytics and AI solutions deliver measurable impact in healthcare operations.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
