Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact

This career opportunity supports four major solution areas: Documentum, Kofax, SharePoint Administration, and SFTP server management. Candidates do not need expert-level experience in all four, but strong proficiency in one or more is expected. Our senior technical consultant in San Diego maintains a detailed SOP for this environment that can be shared internally with appropriate confidentiality.
1. Documentum Architect / Administrator / Developer

. Design & Architecture: Develop and maintain Documentum repository architecture, object models, security frameworks, and application integrations

. Development & Customization: Build web applications, TBOs, workflows, and automation components using Documentum APIs and DQL

. Administration: Manage user access, permissions, system performance, and content lifecycle configurations

. Support: Troubleshoot application and repository issues, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with security policies

2. Kofax Developer

. Batch Class Development: Design, configure, and maintain Kofax batch classes for document capture, classification, and data extraction

. Custom Scripting: Create and maintain validation scripts and business rules to improve data accuracy and processing efficiency

. Administration: Oversee Kofax servers, services, queues, and system performance

. Integration & Support: Integrate Kofax with enterprise applications, optimize scanning workflows, and resolve technical issues

3. SharePoint Administrator

. Site & Permission Management: Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions

. Maintenance & Upgrades: Apply patches, monitor performance, and ensure system availability

. Troubleshooting: Resolve user issues, diagnose errors, and optimize SharePoint features and configurations

4. SFTP Server Administrator

. Server Configuration & Security: Install, configure, and maintain SFTP servers in alignment with FIPS 2 and internal security standards; remediate vulnerabilities

. Access Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and authentication protocols

. Backup & Troubleshooting: Conduct configuration backups and resolve connectivity or system issues to ensure secure file transfers

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you'll bring

. 4+ years of experience in ECM development and administration

. Hands-on proficiency with one or more ECM platforms (OpenText, Documentum, SharePoint, FileNet, OnBase)

. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

. Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python

. Background in document capture, indexing, and workflow automation

. Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, or similar database systems

. Knowledge of records management, information governance, and compliance standards

Education:
Bachelor's degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred)

Desired Qualifications:
