Experience working across the full stack : front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud. Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments. Ability to take ownership, work independently, and operate in a low-structure environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with CMS platforms , especially Optimizely . Strong back-end experience with Java / Spring Boot . Hands-on experience with MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular / Vue, Node.js). Front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, React, Next.js , and responsive design. Strong database knowledge (SQL + NoSQL, especially MongoDB). Experience with Git , unit / integration testing, and CI / CD pipelines . Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
