Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager
Department: Food and Beverage
FSLA: Hourly, Part-time non-exempt
Salary: $17.40/hr
This position is responsible for the stocking and rotation of products at all concession locations on a daily basis. This position will also assist in receiving and storage of all products and maintenance and cleaning of foodservice equipment. Prior experience within a foodservice environment is essential.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building as needed by events.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide (basic mathematics skills). Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie) Ability to regularly move and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work within a "team" oriented environment.
Requires the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months foodservice experience and/or training; fast food experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
