Global Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Global Payroll Manager to lead and oversee payroll operations internationally. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with international labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies while delivering accurate and timely payroll services to our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global payroll processes across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to streamline payroll operations and resolve issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll audits and ensure proper documentation and controls are in place.
• Develop and implement global payroll policies and procedures.
• Lead payroll system implementations or upgrades, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide strategic insights and reporting to Sr. leadership on payroll metrics and trends.
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and ensure service level agreements are met.

The pay range for this position is $46.15 - $51.28 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
