Job Summary :

As a Gymnastics Instructor, you'll bring our proven specialized curriculum to life, teaching students ages 14 months to teens the exciting skills of gymnastics, tumbling, or trampoline with energy and expertise. Additionally, you will enhance our special activities, such as birthday parties and camps, ensuring every child has a memorable experience. Responsibilities :

• Prioritize safety by ensuring every student feels secure and supported.
• Infuse classes with your positive energy and enthusiasm while providing skill correction in an encouraging manner.
• Follow our customized lesson plans to meet curriculum goals and watch your students flourish.
• Spot, guide, and develop techniques, helping children become confident gymnasts.
• Collaborate with mentors and leaders to enhance your teaching abilities.
• Contribute to a team environment by bringing great energy and support to your colleagues.
• Maintain a consistent schedule, providing the stability that students need to thrive.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably to assist with studio needs.
• Excellent vision and hearing to ensure each child's safety.
• Comfortable navigating uneven and soft surfaces.
• Ability to move dynamically, including stretching, bending, and squatting, with a strong range of motion.
