The Job

You’ll be the go-to person for all things credit administration. Think of yourself as the "Loan Whisperer," ensuring documentation is flawless, risks are minimized, and regulators leave meetings saying, “That person really has their stuff together.” You’ll also help lead monthly credit admin meetings—don’t worry, snacks might be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing (Aside from Keeping Everyone Out of Trouble)

• Meticulously reviewing loan documentation because “close enough” doesn’t fly with regulators.
• Serving as the regulator liaison—translation : keeping examiners happy so they don’t dig deeper than they have to.
• Leading monthly meetings where you'll remind everyone why you're the expert (and the unsung hero of the credit world).
• Identifying risks before they become “headline-worthy.”
• Working with credit officers, relationship managers, and other folks who will totally appreciate your genius.
