Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments.
• Engage proactively with prospective candidates to foster relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities.
• Inform candidates about the advantages of pursuing a travel healthcare career.
• Utilize various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals to generate leads.
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with travel healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience in sales or staffing considered.
• A minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a sales, staffing agency, or metrics-driven role.

Compensation: The anticipated starting salary for this position is $70,000 annually, plus commissions. The pay scale may vary depending on the applicant’s relevant experience. Bonuses depend on the role and managerial discretion.
