We are seeking childcare providers in the Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas, to join our independently owned and operated national agency to care for the littlest members of our community when their parents cannot be there.

Competitive pay starting at $15/hour

As a Childcare Provider in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Provide attention to children’s needs, including engaging and fun activities
Assist client with basic childcare services, meal preparation, and safe and fun interactions!
The shifts can change week to week as the clients utilize their backup care benefits. We can be alerted for a shift that needs coverage within 24 hours; your flexibility and efficient communication will be needed
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
