Restaurant General Manager is the leader of the restaurant. The head cheese (feta, goat or otherwise). Our GMs lead by example in all aspects of store management and create an environment where hospitality is the rule and not the exception. They know the business of our business, including relevant metrics and how to manage a P&L report, and their engine revs at the thought of executing company LTOs and other programs.

Snappy Salads opened in 2006 with the idea that you could order the exact salad you wanted, made in minutes, with quality ingredients, in cool surroundings.
