Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly the Customer Service module, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and support, along with experience using C#, .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, performing fit-gap analysis, resolving application issues, developing custom components, and supporting platform governance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Work extensively with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly the Customer Service module.
Gather and analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
Design and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Develop custom web components and application functionality using C#, .NET, SQL, Azure, and Power Platform technologies.
Support solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues, documenting root causes and solutions.
Collaborate with system administrators, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to implement fixes.
Apply knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licensing models to support solution planning and recommendations.
Follow platform development standards, governance practices, security requirements, and implementation best practices.
Prepare technical documentation, requirements documents, recommendations, and solution designs.
Develop mockups and prototypes to validate requirements and demonstrate potential solutions.
Serve as a liaison between IT teams and business units.
Track and coordinate application issues through resolution.
Evaluate technology options and recommend appropriate solutions based on business requirements.
Review existing processes and policies and recommend improvements.
Participate in Agile development activities and Power Platform DevOps initiatives.
Provide after-hours or on-call support when required.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Expertise in the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
Experience customizing, configuring, developing, deploying, and supporting Dynamics 365 applications.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Dataverse
Development experience with C# and .NET.
Experience with SQL and Azure technologies.
Experience gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and application support skills.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licensing.
Ability to develop technical documentation and solution prototypes.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power Platform DevOps and application lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Power Platform Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
Experience with enterprise Power Platform governance and solution deployment.
Experience improving business processes and technical procedures.
Experience supporting production environments and participating in on-call rotations.
Experience working with cross-functional development and infrastructure teams.
