We’re prioritizing candidates with strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and multi-site HR experience — and we’re moving quickly through interviews.If you’re a strategic HR professional who can influence leaders, navigate complex employee matters, and drive performance across multiple locations, apply today. What You’ll Own : This is a high-impact HR role partnering directly with operations leaders and onsite teams to improve performance, retention, and culture.
- Lead complex employee relations and workplace investigations
- Coach managers on performance management and accountability
- Partner with leadership on retention, engagement, and team development
- Ensure HR compliance across multiple sites and states
- Conduct site visits, trainings, and operational HR support
- Support workforce planning and succession strategy
- Use HR data and field insight to drive business decisions
- Travel regularly to communities across AL, AR, KS, LA, MO, NC, TN, WV and HQ in Franktown, CO
