Job Description
Coding Department employees have the option to flex their schedule according to the guidelines defined in the policy, provided the departmental / individual goals are being met. In the absence of prior written approval, deviations from the guidelines set forth in this policy will result in disciplinary action.
Required Certifications
CCS, RHIT, or RHIA
Required Experience
2 years acute care inpatient coding experience
EMR : EPIC
Equipment Required : Computer, internet that supports coders productivity standard requirements
