A company is looking for a SIU Investigator II. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive investigations of claims suspected of fraud, including complex cases with multiple claims and providers Investigate claims with indicators of potential misrepresentation through document examination, witness interviews, and forensic coordination Testify in court proceedings and provide training and support to claims staff regarding fraud awareness and investigation Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance / self-insured fraud investigations, preferably in automobile injury and property damage claims Fraud Claim Law Specialist certification, Certified Fraud Examiner designation, CPCU designation, or relevant certification preferred Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to fraud handling Experience conducting Examinations Under Oath independently Knowledge of telematics data and forensic report interpretation related to vehicle systems
