About the Role
As an IT M&A Program Manager , you will lead the planning and execution of complex merger and acquisition initiatives across the enterprise. You’ll manage a portfolio of 10+ integration projects involving software application migrations, data migrations, system consolidations, and organizational change. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a strong ability to drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
The Program Manager will oversee the Classic Apps Workstream and be responsible for migrating and integrating on-prem applications to a new cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive Integration Strategy : Partner with senior leadership to define and execute IT integration strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead Program Execution : Manage end-to-end delivery of M&A programs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Manage Stakeholders : Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Mitigate Risks : Identify and manage risks related to data security, compliance, and integration complexity.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams : Lead virtual and cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Monitor Performance : Establish frameworks to track deliverables, report on program health, and escalate issues as needed.
- Enable Change Management : Collaborate with Change Management and Communications teams to ensure people, process, and technology impacts are addressed.
- Optimize Post-Merger Value : Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes post-integration for long-term value creation.
