Overview
CTG is seeking to fill an Engineer – Java position for our client.
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Duration : 12 months
Duties :
Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Java / JEE
Build and maintain APIs and reactive services using Vert.X
Apply TDD, functional programming, and modern Java frameworks
Support CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Collaborate in Agile / Scrum teams
Skills : Java / Java JEE
Vert.X, RESTful APIs
Python
Cucumber, automated testing, TDD
Dependency Injection, IoC, AOP
DevOps tools and methodologies
Experience :
3–5+ years Java application development
Enterprise and API development experience
Agile environment experience
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
