Manager, Learning And Development - Client Learning And Insights
Join our Data Ventures Customer Success team as the Manager, Client Learning and Insights, where you'll lead workshops to help Walmart Luminate Charter Clients turn our 1st party data into actionable insights and maximize product value. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development, you'll drive user success through training, learning resources, and community engagement. The Customer Success Live Training Team leads learning enablement at Data Ventures by delivering interactive, instructor-led sessions that empower suppliers, partners, and internal teams to effectively utilize Data Ventures tools and insights. The team focuses on developing engaging content, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting performance through collaboration with stakeholders. By combining expertise in instructional design, data analysis, and customer support, the team ensures training programs align with business goals and enhance operational success. This group is dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences that drive confidence and proficiency across the organization.
What you'll do :
- Develop and Deliver Training : Create impactful training programs for Scintilla clients, enhancing their use of solutions and strengthening their business relationships with Walmart.
- Engage with Clients : Work with a wide range of clients, focusing on subscribers and basic users of Scintilla data.
- Collaborate with Teams : Partner with account management and internal teams to support supplier training.
- Create Webinar Content : Design engaging webinar content on main topics like Merchandising, Replenishment, and Business Analytics.
- Facilitate Deep Dives : Conduct in-depth sessions to help Scintilla users maximize data use in their roles.
- Tell Data Stories : Use your data storytelling skills to help clients understand and apply data insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications...
Instructional Design Software, Leading cross-functional teams, Master's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field, Project Management Certification, Project management experience, Six Sigma certification.
