We are excited to announce the opening of our new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Manufacturing Systems and Technologies Engineer to join its team. Reporting to the Industrial Engineeringing Lead , this engineering position is responsible for assuring and maintaining the integrity & functionality of the manufacturing systems and its technologies daily.

An overview of your responsibilities :

• Responsible to design, develop, implement and maintain the manufacturing systems and its technologies.
• Responsible for introducing custom MES.
• Responsible for introducing new software / hardware for production lines.
• Developing and implementation of innovative technologies into the process lines.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Strong focus on lean manufacturing.
• Participation on the implementation, compliance, and training with the QMS (quality management system).
• Participation on the implementation and training with the XMS (XNRGY Management System).
