The Importance of the Role

The Marketing Operations Intern will play a key role in expanding the operational capacity of the Commercial Operations team during a highly active cycle. This role provides handson experience supporting business processes collaborating with crossfunctional partners and helping strengthen core Marketing Operations workflows. The intern will assist with metrics reporting vendor engagement and documentation efforts that enhance efficiency transparency and operational excellence across the organization.

The Opportunity to Make a Difference

In this internship you will help strengthen key Medical Affairs and Medical Information operations by improving scientific reference systems enhancing literature monitoring processes and supporting essential reporting and metrics needs. You will also have the chance to contribute to broader Medical Affairs initiatives gaining exposure to real-world workflows and collaboration across functions.

Key areas of contribution include :

Supporting and optimizing metrics for material review efficiencies and quarterly business review processes

Assisting with Marketing Operations in leading material review meetings and agenda management

Participating in cross functional projects that improve processes and system efficiencies related to Material Review

Supporting the material review process with review of review meeting notes and publishing with internal stakeholders

Observing and learning from related Commercial Operations functions including Field Operations the Design Team Business Operations PRC review forecasting and print / digital workflows

More about You

Bachelors degree candidates who have completed at least their sophomore year and are pursuing a degree in Business Marketing or Communications (preferred)

Detail oriented task focused and interested in business process improvement

Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills

Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication abilities

Strong collaborator with a solution-oriented mindset

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Program Timeline

This application is for a 12-week summer internship program that will start on May 18 th and conclude on August 7 th 2026.

This position is hybrid you will be expected to work on site at one of Sareptas facilities in the United States and / or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $21 - $26 per hour depending upon years of education completed and nature of role.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
