BrightFire offers insurance agency websites, social media marketing, reviews & reputation management, search engine marketing, and local listings management.
BrightFire is seeking a passionate Onboarding Project Manager to join our team. This position has a high level of visibility as you will be a customer-facing digital marketing consultant. You'll be responsible for the onboarding of new clients for our Insurance Agency Websites service.
The ideal candidate for this role has digital marketing experience across multiple channels, a customer service or account management background, and exceptional communication skills. This position is remote.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients during onboarding. This includes coordinating meetings which include additional team members such as website designers or Digital Marketing Strategists for other services.
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects and all aspects of onboarding through completion and website launch.
- Work with new customers to identify goals and preferences in launching their new company website.
- Use our highly customized version of WordPress to update customer websites.
- Assist customers with adopting new and existing features to maximize value.
