A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes for employees and contractors. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees and contractors Ensure accurate payroll information and manage timecards using HR / payroll software Assist HR with new hire paperwork and manage terminations within payroll software Required Qualifications 2-3 years of payroll experience required; Quickbooks experience preferred Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Experience in reconciling payroll transactions with accounting Familiarity with government compliance related to payroll practices
