Position Summary :
As an Oceana County 4-H team member, you will provide support to volunteers, youth, and families as they navigate program rollover. Volunteers will complete annual financial reporting forms that need to be processed. Families will submit enrollment paperwork that need to be approved. Youth will attend an awards ceremony, collect their market livestock checks, and will sign up for their 25-26 market livestock projects.
This position includes answering phones, greeting visitors at the front window, taking messages, processing mail, making copies, and maintaining organized files. Familiarity with the Oceana County 4-H program is a big plus.
