The Program Manager contributes to AHF by ensuring the success of the HIV testing initiatives aims at improving access to healthcare and raising awareness in underserved or high-risk communities. The role involves both strategic planning and operational management, with a focus on service delivery, team leadership, community engagement, and data tracking.
The Mobile Program Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by successfully expanding mobile testing outreach to underserved areas. Ensure and assisting clients are new accessing care. AHF's use of mobile units for testing places it at the forefront of innovative healthcare solutions, showcasing the organization's proactive approach to ending the HIV epidemic. It reflects AHF's willingness to adopt cutting-edge strategies that address the evolving needs of HIV prevention and care. The program allows AHF to engage directly with communities, build trust, and raise awareness in a very tangible way. This presence can help reduce HIV-related stigma and increase understanding of HIV prevention, care, and treatment.

Licenses and Certifications : Valid Drivers License
Licenses and Certifications : Phlebotomy Technician I license preferred, Valid Driver's License mandatory
