Lead the IT-based team responsible for the following task requirements : Contract Management Support Cloud System Administration, Migration, and Development, Security and Operations (DevSecOps) Engineering Support Microsoft 365 Development and Knowledge Management Support Information Technology Management Officer Enterprise Data Management Support Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management. Lead monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and deliver Monthly Status Reports to the Government. Responsible for providing written and digital Weekly Contract Status (CSR) reports and Risk Management Matrix reports. Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project progress to stakeholders Oversee the development and enhancement of Army 365 capabilities to support G-9 processes and workflows. Define, support, and execute Change Management procedures and guidelines to promote awareness and minimize the impact of system changes. Ensure the creation of a virtual knowledge repository by linking relevant information from various sources to enhance operational efficiency. Partner with business units to identify knowledge gaps and project requirements. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Propose innovative strategies for enhancing knowledge sharing and collaboration. Collaborate with customers to develop and plan training sessions and materials to promote effective use of knowledge management tools and Microsoft 365 tools. Oversee the migration of legacy SharePoint sites, organizational drives, and file systems to the Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online environment. Ensure a comprehensive assessment, development, and deployment of a redesigned portal environment that meets the needs of ASA-IEE and ODCS, G9 personnel. Lead the development and implementation of new workflows and migration strategies to ensure a smooth transition to modernized SharePoint systems.
