Qualifications

About the Role: What if your next leadership opportunity allowed you to make a difference not only for the people receiving care, but for the team delivering it? As a Program Coordinator with North Range Behavioral Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our 24/7 crisis response and acute treatment services. You'll work closely with the Program Director to keep the program running effectively, support and guide staff, and help ensure every person who walks through our doors receives compassionate, responsive, and high-quality care.

Our crisis services serve individuals during some of life's most difficult moments, including acute mental health challenges and substance use concerns. In this fast-paced environment, you'll help bring structure, collaboration, and compassion to the work, while supporting a team committed to helping people find safety, stability, and a path forward. You'll have opportunities to lead, coordinate, problem-solve, and contribute ideas that strengthen the program and improve the experience of those we serve. From supporting staff and specialized programming to helping operationalize program goals and organizational priorities, your work will directly contribute to the success of the team and the quality of care provided.

You'll also have the opportunity to work directly with clients through therapeutic counseling and case management, helping individuals navigate immediate challenges and connect with the resources and support they need. This is a role for someone who enjoys being both a leader and a teammate, someone who can balance the needs of people, programs, and day-to-day operations while staying grounded in compassion and purpose. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

What You Will Do:

• Advance our mission by partnering with the Program Director to set and achieve program goals, evolving services to meet the needs of clients and in the community.
• Support high-quality care delivery by helping develop and uphold policies, procedures, and standards that ensure compliance, safety, and excellence.
• Use data to drive decisions by analyzing program performance and outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Promote program success by supporting quality, compliance, documentation, and financial performance goals.
• Lead with solutions by proactively identifying challenges, resolving issues, and collaborating with leadership on complex matters.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen clinical planning, services delivery, and operational effectiveness.
• Inspire and develop staff by modeling organization values, supporting recruitment, and providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Support staff success through training, guidance, and resources that promote accurate documentation and high-quality care.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive workplace where employees feel supported and valued.
• Contribute to operations and growth by participating in meetings, projects, and budget planning while supporting financial and service goals.
• Engage with the community by building partnerships, representing the organization, and promoting available services.
• Provide direct client care including crisis response, supporting staff in problem-solving, and maintaining strong reporting practices.
• Support program development by contributing to best practices, partnerships, and continuous efforts.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have a Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Have active Colorado clinical license(s) (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Credentials, such as higher education and/or CAS or greater, may be substituted for experience.
• Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.
