Job description
Red Stick Brothers Properties is a locally owned property management company specializing in single-family homes and small multi-family communities, ranging from Low-Income / Section 8 to Class A properties.
We are seeking someone who is proficient with property management software (preferably Buildium), as well as Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including answering phones, processing applications, preparing leases, collecting rent, making collection calls, providing eviction support, performing light bookkeeping, and handling maintenance requests and work assignments.
Previous property management experience is required, preferably including experience with Section 8 and LIHTC programs.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated and genuinely enjoys working in property management.
We are a small but growing company, and we’re excited to add the right person to our team.
This role would be 8am-4pm, Monday - Friday. Powered by JazzHR
