Job descriptionA bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field. 7-10 years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results. Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proven ability to manage complex supplier relationships. Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively. Ability to develop strategies and execute plans that deliver measurable outcomes. Minimum of 4 years in quality or purchasing management (preferred). Experience with ERP systems and procurement software. Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
