About the Team

At TeamViewer, we build technology that helps organizations connect people, devices, and digital workflows securely and efficiently.

The Agentic Ecosystem team builds the platform capabilities that power AI across TeamViewer products. We create the services, integrations, and infrastructure that enable AI agents to access context, interact with tools, and take action securely and reliably.

Working at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and platform engineering, you'll help build scalable systems that support intelligent automation while meeting enterprise standards for security, governance, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the services that power TeamViewer's AI ecosystem, including tool integrations, context services, and agent orchestration.

• Design and operate scalable, secure backend systems with strong governance, observability, and reliability.

• Develop tool interfaces, APIs, and workflows that enable AI capabilities across TeamViewer products.

• Build evaluation and testing frameworks to measure quality and support safe releases.

• Monitor and optimize AI services for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Partner with security and platform teams to implement safeguards and best practices.

• Contribute across the stack, collaborating on both backend services and user-facing experiences.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong Python for production services, covering async, typing, packaging and testing.

• Solid knowledge in frameworks like React and Redux, using Typescript.

• Experience building scalable backend systems and cloud-based applications.

• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications, agentic systems, or related platform technologies.

• Understanding of tool integration, orchestration, APIs, and context management within AI systems.

• Experience designing testing, evaluation, and monitoring solutions for complex software platforms.

• Knowledge of modern security practices, authentication, and enterprise SaaS architectures.

• Experience using AI development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
