Description & Requirements Maximus is seeking a Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic Clinical Services team for the Independent Contractor (IC) Recruiting & Credentialing.
The Clinical Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for recruitment of clinical and medical professionals for contract assessment work.
This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing Independent Contractors, as well as documenting and updating recruiting tools such as Excel and Smartsheet.
The Coordinator will also manage credentialing processes to ensure all IC applications, documents, and files meet accreditation requirements and align with industry best practices.
Additionally, this position includes coordinating clinical interviews and supporting other recruiting-related tasks as assigned.
