Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive company culture.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience in a corporate or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Salary : $60,000 to $70,000
