Data Entry Analyst | Kansas City, MO

LHH is working with a client in the Kansas City, MO area, who is seeking to hire a Data Entry Analyst. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, with a strong emphasis on ownership validation and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and external contacts to gather, verify, and input data into Excel and other platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Review and validate ownership data for post-acute facilities, often requiring outreach via phone.
• Enter and update large datasets (5,000–10,000 rows) in Excel with precision.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to obtain missing or clarifying information.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy to prevent downstream regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with business operations and analytics teams to support reporting needs.
• Assist in preparing dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
