Job Opportunity : Solar Project Superintendent

Location : Keenesburg, CO

Duration : 9–12 months (with additional projects after the year)

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee construction activities for a large-scale solar project in Keenesburg, Colorado. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a proven track record in solar construction who is ready to take ownership of project execution, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, crews, and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and electrical codes across all phases of the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving to keep the project on track.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00 / hr.
