Key Responsibilities Collect, maintain, and report Faculty Roster data, including retention and promotion rates Develop and maintain documentation for data assets and collaborate with partners on data collection systems Provide support to data collection participants and contribute to process improvement related to data reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a master's or doctoral degree preferred 3-5 years of related work experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting Experience with programming, database design, and data visualization tools Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative reasoning and data processing standards Familiarity with collaboration tools and cloud platforms
