Job description
A company is looking for a Data Analyst to provide implementation and support for their Merchant Central product.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-lifecycle implementation of a payments industry CRM and Residuals platform
Act as a subject matter expert for the Residuals module and resolve calculation tickets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and implement solutions
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in data analysis or data science, or equivalent academic experience
2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting SaaS software
Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
