Vistex Technical Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging and effective training courses for the Vistex suite of products. This team member will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and Training team to develop strategic learning plans for standard and custom training courses by leveraging instructional design methodology. The ideal candidate is someone who believes training should motivate and support participants in their job responsibilities. As part of our rapidly growing team, the Instructional Designer is expected to be self-motivated and rapidly adapts to new platforms to become productive contributor.
Responsibilities :
The compensation for this position is $70k to $80k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.
