Success in this role directly impacts organizational alignment, delivery transparency, executive decision-making, and the successful execution of the broader PXM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Planning & Governance

  • Partner with the Product Owner and Program Manager to manage agile project tracking, ensuring the project plan remains current and proactively identifying potential delivery risks.
  • Maintain the PXM portfolio tracker and integrated roadmap.
  • Track milestones, schedules, dependencies, and project status across all PXM workstreams.
  • Identify emerging risks, resource constraints, and delivery concerns.
