You will utilize a wide toolset to proactively monitor and troubleshoot various aircraft communication systems. You will work closely with each customer to understand their needs and business missions to best optimize each system onboard to deliver peak performance. You will blend skills such as IP networking, troubleshooting, and aircraft systems to accomplish this optimization. This position will assist the sales team with customer consultations, technical specification identification of aircraft systems, activation of services, customer onboarding and training and continued support over the life of the customer. You will report directly to our Senior Technical Support Manager, and you will work out of our Sky Harbor, AZ location.
