Strong experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and program-level reporting⦁ Experience with lean portfolio management, capacity planning, and value stream mapping at the enterprise level preferred⦁ Familiarity with change management practices and driving Agile transformation initiatives across large organizations preferred⦁ Strong ability to facilitate conflict resolution, foster team collaboration, and maintain a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement⦁ Should possess strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills⦁ Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Additional Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
